Detail of Work Done in Plant/P&ID/Mechanical Design

Project: Kopli H.E.P-
1. The Project involved the development of 275 MV Hydro plant in the Assam& Sikkim boarder
2. We have got the LOI for all vertical gate operated through Rope Drum Hoist and SCADA system
3. In this project have a 7 send vertical gate & its independent rope drum hoist.
4. All Gates also operated through SCADA system as well as Local control panels.

Project: KARCHAM WANGTOO H.E.P-
1. Check the condition of top, side and bottom rubber seal corner joint and observe leakage. If condition is poor replace the same.
2. All the nuts and bolts fixing rubber seal to skin plate. Check for wear and tear, tightness and replace, if required.
3. Lifting beam assembly (90 T Capacity) inspection, maintenance and alignment.
4. Filling - in valve: Check the rubber seals and seal seats, replace the defective seals.

5. Check the free rotation of the guide rollers. Also check the flange of the roller for wear and deformation and tightening the fasteners. Cleaning the rollers and bushes, Base and pin for any ingress of material. Suitable packing for maintaining desired clearance on track.
6. Inspection, checking and testing of leaf springs for desired compression.
7. Lubrication of each part of the hoist i.e. motor, gear boxes, wire ropes etc..
8. Brakes check and brake liners. Actuating test brakes.
9. Inspection and checking of Plummer blocks, gears and pinions and oil testing of gear box for analysis.
10.Checking and inspection of miscellaneous items.
11. Total number of of visits 3, during monsoon, before maintenance and during maintenance.
12. This scope includes above activities with manpower in vendors scope , tools tackles and spares will be provided at site.

Maintenance Work-
AIZ ENGINEERING PVT. LTD. execute the following Maintenance Work-
1. Replacement of Rubber Seal in vertical Gate.
2. Replace of Wheel Assembly in vertical gate.
3. Replacement of motor, Brake Worm Reducer, Coupling, Limit Switch, Gear,
Bushes etc.
4. Reinstallation of Rope Drum Hoist.
